Membership
How do the points work?

Your ROOD membership is powered by a flexible point system. You receive a monthly point allowance to spend freely across all treatments, classes, and at our Bar (e.g., for smoothies, coffee, or skincare products). Your regular monthly point allowance is valid for the current month and resets at the end of each billing cycle. However, you can always top up your balance – these additionally purchased points never expire.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. To help you build a sustainable routine, memberships start with an initial 12-month commitment. After that, you are fully flexible and can cancel on a monthly basis. If you are traveling or simply need a break, you also have the option to pause your membership for one full month per year. This paused month is simply added to the end of your term.

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely, we love it when you share the ROOD experience with your inner circle. Depending on your membership tier, you can bring guests for treatments or classes. To arrange their visit, simply reach out to our WhatsApp Concierge, and we will gladly take care of the booking for you. Please note that guests must be accompanied by you, and their expenses are settled separately (guest payments cannot be made via your ROOD points wallet).

Can I pay through my company?

Yes, this is very straightforward. During the checkout process via our partner Stripe, you can easily add your company name and details. This ensures your membership invoice is issued directly to your business.

Can I use my points at the Bar?

Yes, absolutely. You can seamlessly use your points at our bar for signature smoothies, coffee, or snacks. Ordering works effortlessly through our member app. As an added benefit, app ordering allows you to skip the line on busy Sundays and public holidays, letting you enjoy your post-session refreshment without any wait time.

Is there an option if I don't live in Munich or travel frequently?

Absolutely. Even if you only spend a few days a month in Munich, we warmly invite you to apply. Once your standard application is accepted by our committee, you can reach out to request our "Traveller Membership." We will gladly review this and, if applicable, unlock this tailored tier for you, which allows you to access the Space for a select number of days each month. Please note: As we highly value building a lasting community, even with our most frequently traveling members, the initial 12-month commitment also applies to the Traveller Membership.

Application
How does the application process work?

To protect our intimate atmosphere, joining ROOD is application-based. You can apply directly on our website. Our Membership Committee carefully reviews all applications and will reach out to you with the next steps.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes. To ensure the flow, privacy, and availability of treatments for all our members, capacity in the club is strictly limited. If we have reached our maximum number of active members, we will gladly add you to our waitlist and notify you as soon as a spot in the Circle opens up.

Are there any one-time fees?

Yes, upon acceptance into the club, a one-time onboarding fee applies. This covers the setup of your profile and your personalized Welcome Package, which – depending on your tier – includes your first complementary treatments, signature smoothies, and a holistic skin consultation.
